Three types of process techniques offer unique capabilities and advantages to our customers:

Continuous mill forming and welding of stainless steel hollows in a range of diameters from 2 3/8" to 4 1/2" and in wall thickness from .035" to .090"
Semi-continuous ring forming and welding for production of high volume, thin wall tubing in diameters from 1" to 9", wall thickness from .004" to .050" and lengths up to 30 feet.
Brake forming and subsequent welding of individual tube lengths in materials, gauges, sizes or quantities not suited to the other production methods. Tubing from 3/4" to 10" in diameter, in wall thickness up to .150" can be produced. Other resources include: hydraulic draw benches for cold drawing, resizing or shaping and unlimited variety of cross-sectional shapes.
